Police have managed to prevent a scuffle between the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) supporters and farmers as they continue to monitor the situation in the small town.

Sekwetje Mahlamba and Sekola Matlaletsa are accused of the murder of 21-year-old farm manager Brendin Horner.
They were arrested days after Horner’s body was found tied to a pole at a farm.

There was a scuffle when EFF members tried to charge towards the farmers.
But EFF leaders stopped members from engaging the farmers.
Police Minister Bheki Cele, State Security Minister Ayanda Dlodlo, EFF leader Julius Malema and DA federal council chairperson Helen Zille are also Senekal.
